Please note the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

1. To initiate a return, please contact us within seven days of purchasing your item. The Shayeri team will promptly review your request.

2. If Shayeri Store agrees to a return:

a) We can offer you another piece of equal or higher value, and you may keep the store credit for up to 30 days.

b) If you prefer a refund, Shayeri will assess your request and determine its acceptance. If approved, we will refund the amount for the saree, after deducting the courier pick-up costs.

3. Once your return request is received and approved, we will make arrangements for a return pick-up or provide you with an acceptable return procedure.

4. Please note that the decision of the Shayeri team is final in all matters related to returns.
